Great location in NYC, near transit and parks. Spacious rooms with thoughtful amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some noise from construction and limited bar access, but overall a comfy stay. Breakfast could be improved. Enjoyed the peaceful retreat in the heart of the bustling city.

Fantastic experience at this gem in NYC! Excellent location, just steps away from Times Square, Broadway, and major subway lines - couldn’t be better! A huge shoutout to John and the entire staff for making us feel so special during our anniversary stay. The room with park views was marvelous, and the extra care shown by the team really made our stay unforgettable! Definitely a 10/10 for me! 🌟

I recommend it, our stay here was fantastic. Fairly clean, upscale hotel, it has pleasant staff and location. 42nd Street-Bryant Park subway stop is an easy walk to the place, some 10 minutes on foot.

Though the room's minimalist design was not my preference, the large bathroom and perfect location made up for it. Overall, a delightful experience.

Unbeatable location near theaters, shops, museums, and amazing Bryant Park. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The spacious and modern room was clean and quiet, with a wonderful bed and luxurious Molton Brown toiletries. I highly recommend this hotel.

During our recent family trip to New York City, we stayed at a hotel near Times Square. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the room size was great for accommodating our family comfortably. We especially enjoyed the morning coffee and muffins that helped us kickstart our busy days of sightseeing. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, adding to our overall positive experience.

Overall it is a hip new hotel and we liked our stay, the location was UNBEATABLE directly across the street from New York's most versatile park. Manhattan district deserves your attention.

The room was spacious and clean, with amazing park views. Nicole's assistance was superb. Breakfast with a view was a highlight! I'd DEFINITELY choose this place again. The photos don't do it justice.

Like almost every hotel in nyc, it's not quiet. My room overlooked the courtyard, hundreds of air conditioners were noisy.

The Bryant Park Hotel is a gem in the city, with a fantastic location making it easy to explore. Despite the red decor and dark lifts, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom luxurious. Some noise from outside, but the overall experience was top-notch.

I recently stayed at a hotel in NYC for my honeymoon and was blown away by the exceptional service at Bryant Park Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and a bottle of champagne to celebrate our marriage. The hotel is located right across from a beautiful park, which is perfect for a leisurely stroll. The Art Deco design of the building is stunning and the amenities in the room were top-notch. the hotel exceeded our expectations and made our honeymoon unforgettable.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and secure with the helpful and polite staff. The location was fantastic, close to many NYC landmarks, and the park across the street provided a sense of space in the crowded city. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. The gym was available 24 hours, which was convenient for working out during jet lag. Plenty of breakfast and coffee places were nearby, including Whole Foods. The friendly front desk and concierges provided exceptional service.

The hotel was conveniently located near the seafront and not far from the airport. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I always return to this place for my stay. The staff once helped me find a place to exchange money, which I appreciate. It has everything I need including Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, and fitness center. I'm returning for New Year's.

We had some issues with the temperature in our suite, as it was initially cold and took some time to get fixed. Additionally, the lack of proper soundproofing meant that we could hear street noise during the night.

I had an amazing stay at this venue. The location couldn't be better, situated right across from a large park. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff going above-and-beyond to provide a great personal service from the reservation through to checkout. The room was modern and clean with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. I particularly enjoyed the view from the room and the welcome drink upon arrival.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom amenities were superb, and the shower was incredible. The location opposite Bryant Park was perfect for exploring the city, and there were plenty of great breakfast and coffee places nearby.

Whether you want to stroll through the Bryant Park, visit Times Square, or indulge in a night out--all are within walking distance. The rooms are beautifully designed with a spa-like bathroom and comfortable bedding. Staff are polite, attentive and go above and beyond to make your stay seamless.

The room had an amazing view of the Empire State Building, which made me feel like I was in the heart of the city. As a disabled guest, the accessibility features were also really helpful and made my stay comfortable.

Oh, I just loved how there was no real lounge area for families to relax in. Who needs a space to unwind when you can cram into a crowded cocktail bar?
